Rum, Rhum, Ron, Grog, Bumbo… You say potato, I say sugarcane.

The history of Rum is could be considered harrowing - from pirates to the Royal Navy, but what we know for certain Rum is a major facet of the West Indies/Caribbean culture. Join us on trip through the Islands of Rum. We are busting our budget to bring six fantastic rums to our tasting class. Every Rum comes with a story, each sip will take you on an adventure. This class is designed for the rum novice to ease their way into the Rum world or a fun experience for the advanced rum Aficionado. Move over Baccardi. Take a seat Captain Morgan. We are pouring rums that make our heart pitter patter. From white rum, spiced rum, various sipping rums and aged rum - this class is sure to delight your senses.

This class will be conducted both In-Person and Virtually on Wednesday, January 26th.

The In-Person class begins at 6:00pm and you will receive a welcome, sipping, Tiki Cocktail. Class includes Six Rum Tasting samples. Class will not include any food (we used all of our budget on the Rums). Guests are welcome to order food from our dinner menu. You are also welcome to dine prior to class.

Joining us Virtually? We’ll begin class at 7:30pm by making a Rum Cocktail (not rum and coke ;) )! All ingredients for the cocktail will be provided in your Tasting Kit. The Tasting Kit will include six Rum tasting samples. *Important* For Virtual Class: Tasting Kits must be picked up from Versi on Tuesday Jan 25 or Wednesday Jan 26.
