Whether you’re a novice or a seasoned enthusiast, this class takes you on a journey through bourbon’s many strengths—from the smooth, easy-drinking 80 proof to the bold, high-powered 125+ proof. You’ll discover how proof impacts everything from aroma to mouthfeel, and how to identify the perfect balance of strength and flavor in your favorite pours.

By the end of the session, you’ll not only understand the science behind alcohol proof, but you’ll also be able to confidently choose your next bourbon based on its strength. Join us for a spirited adventure that will elevate your bourbon knowledge and tasting skills!

Ticket includes:

5 Bourbon Tasting Pours (1 oz dram pour) + a Small Cheese Plate + Class. The identity of the Bourbons will be announced the week leading up to the class.

Want to attend with someone who doesn't drink bourbon? They can join you too! Each bourbon tasting attendee can bring one non-bourbon drinking guest (we have plenty of wine and cocktail options for them).
